In 2013 Sean opened Crave Restaurant in his beloved hometown of Amesbury. It continues to be a local favorite for more than a decade. In 2024 he and his partner in everything decided Amesbury needed another unique cafe. The idea was to open up Crave as a breakfast and lunch cafe right inside of Crave. So yes, 10 Water Street and 32 Elm Street are the exact same building with just two different doors. For Crave you enter the building via elm street door and the cafe you enter through on the water street door.
The menu was to focus on great coffee, hence the partnership with "Blue Harbor Coffee" out of Hampton NH. A multiple time "Best of NH" winner; with food made fresh to order, in a spacious and comfortable environment featuring smoothies, acai bowls and goods baked in house.
